Removal of mold growth and application of antimicrobial solution.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems after they had a mold inspection completed. They found from Dr.’s visits that one of their children had a severe allergy to mold. They needed someone that could do a mold remediation in their home, knowing that their child had a severe allergy, and could be sensitive to that situation.

We scheduled them for a free estimate with one of our mold specialists with our first available appointment. Our specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation and an HVAC cleaning with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

There was a 3^rd party that did the mold inspection and provided us with a mold protocol. They performed the pre- and post-mold inspections.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems looking for a solution to the moisture that continued to come into their sunken living room. The living room is a carpeted room, and it was continually wet from the moisture coming through the concrete floor. They had several different companies come out to provide a solution, but they were not happy with any of the results. They wanted to fix the problem, and not continue to put a band-aid on the issue.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with basement waterproofing for their home.

This customer called stating that the hardwood floors in his home were cupping, and he was concerned that it was stemming from a moisture issue in his crawl space. He was also concerned because there had previously been an issue with rodents in the crawl space. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Tyler, to the property with his first available appointment. 

After assessing the crawl space, Tyler found evidence of moisture issues. He proposed a solution for encapsulating the crawl space to the homeowner, and the owner accepted. We then sent our production team to the property and they completed the crawl space repair, which included drainage matting, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
