This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems because they needed to get a professional opinion for controlling the humidity problem that they were having in their crawl space. They wanted the best solution between installing a vapor barrier and/or adding insulation in the crawl space. They had noticed there was an extremely high amount of moisture in their crawl space that was causing damage to their hardwood floors that they installed.

They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home, and for a quote. We scheduled an appointment for them with our 1^st available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property, completed an assessment, then proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the crawl space encapsulation, an HVAC duct cleaning, and an air cleaner installation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems with some humidity issues within their home. They did not know what they needed or wanted to resolve this issue for their 1100 sq ft home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited their property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a sump pump installation for their home.

An apartment complex’s Corporate Office called Olympic Restoration Systems after they had radon testing completed on one of their complex’s in Arlington, TX. After they had the testing completed, it was determined that the property needed to be treated for radon gas in 3 of their apartment units.

Once Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted, we sent a Specialist to the complex for an assessment and to provide the Corporate Office with a quote for the radon mitigation system that they needed for the complex.

A licensed mold inspector confirmed mold growth in this homeowners closet. After receiving the mold protocol from the inspector, one of our Licensed Mold Remediators, Darrin, inspected the property and presented a free estimate for mold remediation in the closet. The homeowner accepted the proposal, and our Production Team completed the mold remediation.
